BPC-157 / TB-500 blend dosage calculator and chart

In a 20 mg vial with 2 mL of water (10 mg/mL), 1 mg of BPC-157 / TB-500 blend is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. The BPC-157 and TB-500 blend, sold as the Wolverine stack, is usually 10 mg of each in one 20 mg vial. Enter the total on the label and your total dose; the page splits it back into each peptide.

BPC-157 TB-500 blend dosage chart for 10 and 20 mg vials

The 10 mg blend vial holds 5 mg of BPC-157 and 5 mg of TB-500, and the 20 mg vial holds 10 mg of each. Both are a 1:1 ratio, so a dose of blend is half BPC-157 and half TB-500. With 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, 500 mcg of blend (250 mcg of each) is 10 units from the 10 mg vial and 5 units from the 20 mg vial on a U-100 insulin syringe.

Doses here are the total of the blend, so 250 mcg is 125 mcg of each peptide. A 10 mg vial is 20 doses at 500 mcg of blend and 10 at 1 mg; a 20 mg vial doubles both. For the single compounds see the BPC-157 calculator and the TB-500 calculator.

About BPC-157 / TB-500 blend

The Wolverine stack is BPC-157 and TB-500 together, either from two vials or from a single pre-mixed blend vial. The blend is normally a 1:1 ratio, 10 mg of each for a 20 mg vial. Neither peptide is an approved medicine and both are sold for research use.

The ratio is the catch. On their own, BPC-157 is commonly reported at 250 to 500 mcg daily and TB-500 at 2 to 2.5 mg twice weekly, which is not a 1:1 ratio at all. In a blend you dose both at the same time in the vial's fixed proportions, so people typically report 0.5 to 1 mg of total blend per day, which delivers 250 to 500 mcg of each. A 20 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg of blend is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. The Wolverine dosing chart page lays out every combination.

Dosing each peptide from its own vial? Use the BPC-157 dosage calculator and the TB-500 dosage calculator, which work in micrograms and milligrams from the strength printed on each vial.

What is in each draw

The vial is 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500, a fixed 1:1 ratio. Every draw contains all of them in that proportion. Split below for 20 mg in 2 mL (10 mg/mL). The per-component figures are inferred from the label ratio, not measured.

If the draw is awkward to read, change the water, not the dose. The dose stays the same; only the mark moves.

How long it lasts in the body

Not well characterised in humans. A decay curve is only drawn where a human half-life is documented, so there is none here. Treat any precise figure for BPC-157 / TB-500 blend elsewhere with caution.

Common questions

How many units is 1 mg of BPC-157 / TB-500 blend?
It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 20 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 5 units, and with 3 mL it is 15 units.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 20 mg BPC-157 / TB-500 blend vial?
2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 10 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 0.25 mg to 2 mg between roughly 2.5 and 20 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
How many doses are in a 20 mg vial?
Divide 20 by your dose. At 1 mg that is 20 doses, which at once daily is 20 days.
How many units is 1 mg of the BPC-157 TB-500 blend?
In a 20 mg blend vial with 2 mL of water, 10 units on a U-100 syringe. That draw holds 500 mcg of BPC-157 and 500 mcg of TB-500.
Should I use the blend or two separate vials?
Separate vials let you dose each peptide on its own schedule, which matches how they are usually reported. The blend is simpler and cheaper but locks the ratio. The calculator handles either; run it once per vial if you keep them separate.
How many units is a microdose of BPC-157 and TB-500 blend?
250 mcg of blend, which is 125 mcg of each peptide, is 5 units from a 10 mg vial in 2 mL and 2.5 units from a 20 mg vial in 2 mL. With 3 mL of water the 10 mg vial gives 7.5 units, which is easier to read.

Before you use these numbers This is a unit-conversion tool. It turns a vial strength and a water volume into a concentration, a draw volume and a syringe mark. It does not tell you what to take, whether to take it, or whether a compound is safe for you. Most compounds listed are sold for laboratory research and are not approved for human use. Nothing here is medical advice. Dosing decisions belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. Always check the strength printed on your own vial rather than trusting a preset.
