About the numbers above

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide. It is not approved for human use in any major market and is sold for laboratory research. Commonly reported protocols sit at 250 to 500 mcg per day, sometimes split into two doses, but that is a description of what people report rather than a recommendation.

The mg to mcg conversion is where errors happen. A 5 mg vial contains 5000 mcg. Reconstituted with 2 mL, that is 2500 mcg/mL, so a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. Reading the vial as 5 mcg instead of 5 mg would be a thousand-fold error.

How long it stays in you

Not well characterised in humans. Animal data suggests it clears quickly. This site only draws a decay curve where a half-life is actually documented in humans, so there is none here. Treat any precise figure you see elsewhere for BPC-157 with suspicion.

How many units is 250 mcg of BPC-157?
It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 2.5 mg/mL, so 250 mcg is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 5 units, and with 3 mL it is 15 units.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg BPC-157 vial?
2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 2.5 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 100 mcg to 1000 mcg between roughly 4 and 40 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
How many doses are in a 5 mg vial?
Divide 5 by your dose. At 250 mcg that is 20 doses, which at once daily is 20 days.
How many mcg are in a 5 mg vial?
5000 mcg. 1 mg is 1000 mcg. At 250 mcg per day a 5 mg vial is 20 doses.
